Fleur d’Alsace by Zeyssolff, literally translated as “Flower of Alsace”, is a delicate blend of two grape varieties: Sylvaner, for its fineness and Klevener from Heiligenstein for its fruitiness.
The robe is yellow, glossy and limpid. The nose is generous and fruity with notes apricot and peer. The mouth is frank and complex with a beautiful liveliness and a good length in the mouth.
IDEAL FOR BARBECUES OR TO ENJOY BY ITSELF, UNDER THE SHADOW OF A PARASOL
The Pinot Gris Rose is the result of a delicate maceration of the grape that gives to the wine this beautiful pinkish color.
The wine has a pinkish robe, looks shiny and limpid. Fine and fruity nose, with peaches, blackcurrent and rhubarb notes. In the mouth it feels refreshing with wild strawberry aromas. There is a nice balance between sugar and acidity.
Perfect as aperitive, with grilled fishes, salads, provencal cuisine or just to enjoy by itself during summer.
